Femi Adisa Oluga Movement Holds Its Fourth Edition of Inter- Street Tournament

The fourth edition of inter-street tournament is currently on-going at the popular Pako field, this years’ event has sixteen streets enrolled for the games and it’s expected to last for six weeks. The tournament which is organised by Oluwafemi Adisa Oluga Movement and friends started three years ago with the aim of bringing peace and unity among the youths of Ward A, and Alimosho in general. Mr Femi Adisa Oluga who is the brain behind it all says his motive toward organising the game is just for unity which he claimed has productive as there seem to be relatively peace and unity among the youths.

The tournament is based on a knock-out and has a prize of N30, 000.00 and N20, 000.00 (Thirty Thousand and Twenty thousand naira only) respectively for the winner and first runner-up have been able to serve as unifying factor amongst the Alimosho youths, though he agrees that the competition is under performing in the areas of awarding prizes to outstanding individuals and streets due to lack of corporate sponsorships, though Eng. Adisa Oluga is playing a patron’s role this year and hopes are the he will be able to contribute to the prizes.
Mr Femi Adisa Oluga who is one of the PDP ward A councillorship aspirants says that he never had the intention of political office before he started the game, he also enjoined youth to always be peaceful no matter the situation even as he invites willing sponsors to join him in promoting peace within the ward and Lagos state in general.
