President Muhammadu Buhari has sworn-in Justice Ibrahim Tanko Mohammed as the acting Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN).
The sweraing-in held Friday evening inside the council chambers of the presidential villa, Abuja.
The suspension followed an order from the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) on 23rd January.
The event was witnessed by members of the Federal Executive Council (FEC).
