Mr. Abel Lazarus, Publisher of The Alimosho Mail Newspaper and Online lost his mother, Deaconess Grace Ihuoma Abel on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 after a brief illness, at the age of 72.
Ma Grace Abel, a devoted Christian and mother, had complained of weakness and tiredness on Sunday preceding the Tuesday she died, but as necessary arrangements were being made to give her the best medical attention required, she gave up the ghost at about 1:45 pm.
Her body has been deposited at the morgue in the Federal Medical Centre Umuahia, while arrangements are on for her final burial rites. She is survived by brothers, children and grandchildren amongst whom is Mrs. Emma Johnson, Principal Secretary to the General Superintendent, Assemblies of God Church Nigeria Rev. Chidi Okoroafor.
Funeral announcements will soon be released by the family.
