The Lagos gubernatorial candidate of the Advanced Peoples Democratic Alliance {APDA} Mr. Felix Ayokunle Owasanoye has congratulated the governor-elect and the candidates of the All Progressives Congress in the March 9th, 2019 gubernatorial election in Lagos state Mr. Babajide Olushola Sanwo-Olu.
He said the choice of Lagosians for him over other candidates were very overwhelming as was demonstrated in the poll hence the need to and in the spirit of sportsmanship to congratulate him noting that election is one of the avenues the people expresses their constitutional rights as was the case in the March 9th 2019 elections.
He further urged him to run an all-inclusive government by reaching out; if possible to all other candidates so as to bring their ideas and plans on board for the betterment of Lagosians and to attempt to rebuild the confidence and long existing relationships between the host and the non-indigenes which was highly threatened during the exercise, noting that as Nigerians the constitution provides for their existence in the state and their contributions with and that of their hosts will be highly beneficial to Lagos development.
