As the ruling party prepares for its convention it is imperative for wards and local government inauguration of the newly elected executives.
Hence the inauguration of wars and LGA executives were today sworn into office representing the five wards of Egbe-Idimu LCDA.
The LGA Chairman; Mr Akibu Saliu Akanji ( Sanjay) while addressing the new excos admonished them to remain a good ambassadors of the party by eschewing activities that will undermine the interest of the members and that of the party at all levels and reiterating the need to understand their position and act as good ambassadors.
The Exexutive Chairman of Egbe-Idimu LCDA Hon. Kunle Sanyaolu Olowoopejo (KSO) in his address, congratulated the newly sworn in Executives and charged them to remain steadfast,devoted and perseverance and see this as a call to duty. He prayed fervently for the success of their administration and also assured them of his Government’s support at all time.
” For you to know that KSO led Administration meant well for you, the Wards Executives will also start getting their renumeration which has never happened before and it will be regular.” Chairman assured.
Unlimited encomiums were showered on the Council’s boss and the Executives promised to uphold the party’s activities at all time especially as the journey to 2019 general elections intensifies.
