Governor Bala Mohammad of Bauchi State has commended the management, players, technical crew and supporters of Wikki Tourist FC for making the state proud.
He was speaking over the weekend when the entire team paid him a condolence visit over the demise of his step mother at Ramat House, Bauchi.
Governor Bala said the performance of the team recently has made the people of the state proud as they have been closely monitoring the performance of the team.
He promised to continue supporting the team to succeed in its future matches, so as to write the name of the state in gold and thanked the team for the visit.
Earlier speaking, the Chairman of WikkiTourists FC Auwal Mohammed Gotel has condoled Governor Bala Abdulkadir Muhammed over the demise of his stepmother Hajiya Aisha Muhammad (Adda) that died recently.
Accompanied by other Board Members,Players and Staff, the Chairman prayed for the repose of the deceased soul and for the family to bear the great loss.
The chairman said the death of Governor’s step mother is not only to his family but the entire state in general.
