The feud between Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Interior minister Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola may have taken another dive as members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) on Sunday in Alimosho, protested against the later over his recent actions and comments directed at the national leader of the party, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu going into the Osun state gubernatorial primary elections
The protesters were seen with banners with different inscriptions such as, ‘We reaffirm Alimosho as Tinubu’s country’, ‘We are not ingrates, Asiwaju remains our man’, and ‘Say no to BATCO’.
Some of the protesters also displayed and danced with wooden coffins, that connote the end of the minister’s politics in Lagos.
Before the feud, Alimosho had remained the strong hold of these political giants which they have continually harnessed in winning previous elections in Lagos state.
Presently there emerging evidence that the LG/LCDA chairmen are loyal to Aregbesola while other factions loyal to Tinubu.
