Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, will convene with over 200 international investors at the Pre-Summit Investors’ Roundtable today, preceding the third Africa Social Impact Summit (ASIS 3.0). The event, scheduled for 10 AM at the Eko Convention Centre, will spotlight lucrative investment opportunities in Lagos’ infrastructure, healthcare, tourism, and transportation sectors.
Themed “Opportunity MADE in LAGOS”, the roundtable seeks to attract foreign direct investment and showcase the state’s ongoing projects, including the Lekki-Epe International Airport and the Fourth Mainland Bridge. Commissioner for Commerce, Folashade Ambrose-Medebem, emphasized the event’s significance in positioning Lagos as a pivotal hub for social impact investment in Africa.
Commissioner for Information, Gbenga Omotoso, assured that the roundtable is a targeted gathering focused on facilitating concrete investment decisions, rather than mere discussions. The event aims to bring together committed investors and foster meaningful engagement with the Lagos State Government.
The Africa Social Impact Summit (ASIS 3.0) is a premier event dedicated to driving social impact investment in Africa, and the Pre-Summit Investors’ Roundtable is a crucial component of the summit.
