The Honourable Commissioner for Art, Culture and Tourism Lagos State, Pharm. Mrs.Uzamat Akinbile has thanked the Governor of Lagos State Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu on the commissioning of the first phase of Oshodi- Abule-Egba BRT corridor on Tuesday August 11,2020.
The commissioning of the corridors added about 550 of both high and medium capacity buses to the route which is expected the ease the usual traffic of commuting passengers from her constituency to Ikeja and other environs.
In her statement through her official twitter handle she thanked the governor on behalf of all residents of Alimosho on the commissioning, the governor in his remarks during the commissioning asked residents to take responsibility of the project as it is aimed at enhancing the time spent on traffic from the axis.
