Lagos State government has appointed Alh. Musiliu Akinsanya aka MC Oluomo the chairman of Parks Management Committee barely 24 hours the news of his sack by the National Councils of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW).
Oluomo who was suspended by the NURTW for alleged insubordination in March, an action that subsequently led to the suspension of its activities in parks and garages in Lagos state on March 10, 2022.
The news of his appointment as the chairman of the park in Lagos state filtered in but was rebuffed by the government however with his summary dismissal, its obvious the state has no choice than to absorb him into its transport ministry through this appointment as committee chairman.
Reactions have been trailing this appointment owing to the calibre of the committee members subjected to the calibre and person of Alhaji Akinsanya.
