Annually, a week is set aside to celebrate the team of customer services, all over the globe and thus year was not exceptional.
IE took time out to celebrate its team of customer service in appraciatiin of its role. In recognizing the onerous task of the customer service team, the electric giant took time to reel what their services mean.
Monday, IE started the week by wishing its numerous customers a happy customer service week, which was followed with what customer service means to the electric giant.
Tuesday, ” Customer service means providing exceptional support, assistance and satisfaction to customers i a timely and courteous manner to meet their needs and exceed their expectations”
Wednesday “Customer service means going above and beyond to keep the customer happy and satisfied with a positive attitude.
Customer service is the top priority and hopefully creating loyal returning customers”.
On Thursday, it was time to for the customer service team to take the celebration to its climax, adorned in their traditional wears for group photographs.
