The biggest electric distribution company, Ikeja Electric has launched a new campaign hinged on safety, the campaign themed “Do Not endanger Your Life” focuses on the safety of its numerous consumers under its network and that of others.
The campaign that was recently launched urges consumers across its network to adhere to safety rules while running their daily business activities as it reminds on the need to avoid doing businesses or trading under high tension installation.
Furthermore it urges on the need to avoid digging, hoisting flags or television antennas around and planting of trees under any electric installation as it portends great dangers for both the consumers and the electrical installations.
