Ikeja Electric is holding a three-day town hall meeting focused on addressing customer concerns.
The purpose of this forum is to further raise awareness about customers’ rights and responsibilities as well as promptly address and resolve any customer complaints. This is coming after IE’s 10th anniversary where it also held an engagement forum on X formerly {Twitter} hosted by The Alimosho Mail Newspaper.
This event is organized collaboratively by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) and Ikeja Electric. The event holds on November 21st through 23rd, 2023, 10am to 4pm daily at Ostra Halls and Hotel, No. 1, Ostra Way, Opposite NNPC Gas Station on Otunba Jobi Fella Way, CBD Alausa, Lagos.
