The Executive Chairman, Igando-Ikotun Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Comrade Lasisi Ayinde Akinsanya, has commenced the redesigning of the Council Secretariat as part of efforts to ensure workers perform their duties with ease and under a conducive atmosphere.
