The company on Tuesday engaged its customers on an online Twitter Space session in what it tagged; Myth and Fact of the Energy Sector (Part 1). The program afforded some of customers the first hand information on the dealings of IE, also issues were addressed with suggested solutions proffered.
The event which featured three engineers of the company was engaging and also a means of feedback for the electric giant.
Having understood the rigours involved in Lagos, IE is further urging its customers to embrace its various secured channels of payment and energy purchase.
