The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) today decorated its newly appointed Deputy Corps Marshals at a ceremony held at the agency’s National Headquarters in Abuja. The event, which took place on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, was attended by dignitaries including a former Governor of Kaduna State, a former Corps Marshal, and a former Minister.
Corps Marshal Shehu Mohammed congratulated the newly appointed Deputy Corps Marshals and implored them to be worthy ambassadors of the Corps. He charged them to recommit themselves to the ideals of the FRSC and put in greater effort towards realizing the agency’s corporate mandate.
The decorated officers were urged to uphold the values of the Corps and contribute to its mission of reducing road crashes and promoting road safety in Nigeria. The Corps Marshal emphasized the importance of their new roles and the expectations that come with them.
