Residents of Ikotun Egbe in Igando Ikotun LCDA in Alimosho LGA are apprehensive of been cut off from their usual route of activities following a collapsed portion of the road resulting from erosion.
In a viral video made available to our correspondent a resident is heard demanding actions from the state governor Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu rather than the usual political promises while campaigning.
The collapsed portion is quite close to the commercial nerve center of the LCDA and also close to its secretariat. Motorist were sewn trying to maneuver the failed portion which already is causing a serious traffic in the Ikotun round about axis.
Efforts to reach the executive chairman was not successful and call to the SLG on his line that ended with 5820 was not responded as time of filing this report.
