There are indications that the All Progressive Congress (APC) faction aka Liberation/ Veteran Movement loyal to the Princess Adehoke Orelope Adefulure may have emerged as the leader of the party in the most populated LGA; Alimosho.
Though there are no official statement to that effect but news filtering in has it that Governor Sanwo-Olu may have effected the change through a reconciliation exercise.
Alimisho has been engulfed with political crisis by what is termed highhandedness of some of its leaders that saw the party break into factions.
Some weeks ago one the faction held a constituency meeting that hearald the who is who in Alimosho except for its council chairmen who are loyal to the mainstream faction led by the former governor of Osun State and the current Minister of Interior, HE Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola and supervised by his god son Alhaji Enilolobo.
If the details filtering in are confirmed, Princess Adejoke Orelope will be emerging as the authentic Apex Leader of the party in Alimosho as the Liberation/Veteran Movement is said to have 55% of the newly formed structure.
