She has created a niche for herself in empowering the women folks and debasing the ” huzzling trade” with as many that are willing to join her.
According to Success as fondly called completed learning hair making as a teen and opened her first outlet July 2007 with the help of relations and from her little savings made through her home services for years. Her first set of trainees were mostly married women who approached her due to the level of dedication they saw in her, younger than them yet she was not deterred by their status as she taught them the skill today she has trained over forty ladies and still have about eighteen under her tutorage and not relenting.
Temi believes that her achieved feet was as a result of her dedication to making a good living from the trade and empowering as many ladies as possible as she has the conviction that impacting on other women folks is the best gift she can give here on earth. For every business there are challenges and for Temi is not different as she recounts some of her challenges and how she has been able to manage them and still coming out stronger on each day.
With two outlets within the Ikola and Amikanle Kola area of Agbado-Okeodo LCDA of course rent is majorly a serious challenge, power is another where you have to run two generating sets for power generation for the two outlets and the responsibility of meeting with some of the needs of her trainees despite the low patronage owing to the influx of quacks into the business in the recent time but she has maintained her optimism in overcoming these challenges.
