The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) formally charged Mr. Olu Agunloye, the ex-Minister of Power and Steel, in front of Justice Donatus Okorowo at the Federal High Court, on accusations of fraud.
Appearing before the court on Wednesday, Mr. Agunloye entered a plea of not guilty to the charges presented against him.

The judge ordered his remand at Kuje Correctional Center until bail arrangements could be made.
