AYDAN URGES APC LEADERSHIP TO DO THE TALK…

Following the crisis that rocked the ruling party during the primaries of the just concluded local government election and its move to mend fences in Alimosho during her Constituency meeting on Saturday July 29th 2017 held at the Akinogun Primary School Mosan where the leaders through Alhaji Abdulahi Enilolobo was quoted to have appealed to all aggrieved members to bury their hatchets and work and work together as members of a united Party. He also congratulated the newly elected six chairmen and the 36 Councilors while thanking party loyalists for their support that transcended to the landslide victory at the pool.
In a swift reaction the President of Alimosho Youth Development Association of Nigeria (AYDAN) Comrade Ogungbade Olawale Lateef has cautioned the party on her style of imposition of candifates while noting that the era of imposition is obviously over owing to the uproars culminating to the election. He urged the elected officials to note that the powers to elect is solely the right of the masses and not on their political leaders; you will recalled that bruhaha that marred the just concluded Local Government election in the State is attributed to the high level of imposition that characterized the electoral process of the ruling party, he also reiterated that the just concluded election has shown that the true result of party members in the Local Government of over 6 million in population; the total no of voters in the just concluded election is less than 30,000 then it means that the numbers of of political parties is less than 7 % of the entire population, The President in his remarks urged all the elected officers on service delivery rather than focusing on the stomach infrastructure of their political leaders and party members alone; that it will doing evil to the platform that produced them; 2015 general election has actually made electorates to be wiser and nothing except good and all inclusive governance can make them to justify the process that produce them, he therefore urged them to ensure that they discharged their duties to the entire citizenries in their various LCDA’s and also ensure that they emulate his Excellency Governor Akinwunmi Ambode on his style of Development of Lagos.
He also slammed the Leaders of the Ruling party Across the 6 LCDA’S in Alimosho for not attending the fridaus Prayer of the Late Son of Ikotun-Igando LCDA’S ,as he described the attitude as an awful and undemocratic act on a party member,
He urged the Chairman elect of Igando Ikotun LCDA’S to legislate the welfare of the children of the Deceased ,The wife ,The Parents and the deceased sons; he said the Government should give those children scholarship up till their graduations from the universities.
