The progressive loyalist in Alimosho has described the actions of the immediate past governor of Osun State and a serving minister of Interior Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola as a show of shame on his part. The message was contained in its episodes made available to journalists that reads;

According to the group, it is unfortunate that the minister, who was the immediate past governor of the state, could champion subversive activities against the political party that made him from onset and ready to give opposition clear chance of winning the election in the state.
It would be recalled that Aregbesola on Friday, during the inauguration of the Digital Nigeria Centre in Ilesa, said that APC in Osun was deeply divided, saying that he belong to the other faction, “The Osun Progressives (TOP).
Aregbesola had said: “For those who don’t know, APC is divided into two here (Osun).
In a swift reaction,by progressive loyalists in ALIMOSHO regard that event as a show of SHAME. Aregbesola should forget the thought and notion of being “the Alpha and Omega of Osun State Progressive politics”.
“It is unfortunate that Aregbesola, who was the immediate past Governor of the state could champion subversive activities against APC in Osun.
Osun APC and ALIMOSHO is too strong for Aregbesola to break the progressive,we must accommodate as one party loyalist and Emulate Oorelope.
“He should be told that there are no amount of intrigues by him that is capable of bungling the second term ambition OF OYETOLA rather than work together as one family in the state.
