Following a week filled with excitement and drama, marked by Cote d’Ivoire’s remarkable comeback in the competition, the stage is now prepared for the Quarter-final phase of the Africa Cup of Nations Cote d’Ivoire 2023.

Scheduled between Friday, February 2, 2024, and Saturday, February 3, the Quarter-Finals will showcase the prowess of the remaining eight countries. South Africa secured the final spot by triumphing over FIFA World Cup semi-finalists, Morocco, in a captivating match in San Pedro.

The 34th edition of Africa’s premier football event has been truly extraordinary, characterized by exceptional football quality, unexpected twists, and the enthusiastic support of African football fans who have gathered in large and vibrant numbers across the five host cities in Cote d’Ivoire.

The quarter-final action kicks off with three-time champions, Nigeria, taking on Angola on Friday, February 2, at 17h00. Later in the evening at 20h00, the Democratic Republic of Congo, pursuing their third AFCON title, will face a resilient Guinea.

On Saturday, February 3, the host nation, Cote d’Ivoire, still riding high on confidence, will confront a formidable Mali side that has displayed dominance in the competition. The excitement continues at 20h00 when Cape Verde, one of the standout teams in this event, challenges South Africa.
