The national publicity secretary of ACMW Mr Abel Nonye said it is highly embarrassing to the nation of Nigeria that her soldiers would be over powered, killed and her equipment taken by Boko Haram despite the claim of being technically defeated by the federal government. The security challenges in the North-East has become even more worrisome than ever. He called for the overhauling of the security architecture of the country to add a thrust to the fight against insurgency.

He called on President Muhammadu Buhari to make a national statement on the matter as Nigerians are tired of waking up to hear that their soldiers are decimated on daily basis by Boko Haram despite her claims. He noted that the more equipment this insurgents are able to recoup from the Nigerian soldiers the more emboldened they will become to fight.

He pointed that these are some of the reasons ACMW group is routing for a change in the leadership of the country as the level of insecurity seem to be escalating beyond the sky, hence the need for a wholistic overhauling of the entity call Nigeria; he concluded.
