Mrs. Priscilla Chidinma Otti, wife of the Governor of Abia State, has expressed profound shock and sadness over the sudden passing of Pastor Mrs. Patience Umo Eno, the wife of Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno.
