The Publicity Secretary of People’s Democratic Party Youth Alliance – PDPYA, Chief Dr Emeka Kalu, has charged every PDP candidates aspiring for different positions to brace up for the serious tasks ahead, saying that this is the time to hit the ground running.
In a press statement he personally signed and made available to the press, he commended the political maturity and dynamism being exhibited in the leadership of the party in the states and expressed confidence that the People’s Democratic Party will be a party to beat in the political dispensation that will soon be ushered in, in the states.
“I am encouraging all our candidates in Anambra, Ondo and Edo states to start marketing themselves to the electorates by showing what they have to offer. The impending contests in Nigeria is going to be a defining moment for the future of Nigeria.
“Let our candidates begin to sample their profiles as the best because at this point Nigeria is in serious search of the best, only the best will represent our great party.
“As a matter of importance, I am optimistic that at the due time, PDP will have party debates in place to choose the best that will fly our flags because the people we will field will not be acceptable to only PDP, but must satisfy the yearnings of the masses that are in dire need of emancipation” he said.
Dr Kalu also assured the Aspirants that everyone that will emerge as candidates for the party will recieve the maximum support of the PDPYA to ensure the party wins all the sensitive positions that will give her the ample opportunity to turn the fortunes of our great nation around to the path of progress and good prosperity.
“Collectively, with the right input and focus as a United party. We will make Nigeria great again” Kalu said.
