The largest electric distribution company Ikeja Electric has announced the upgrading of its billing platform.
The upgrade of the platform is to provide more better services to its numerous customers across its network.
The exercise is scheduled to commence from Friday 15th through 17th, of July 2022, the company is urging its customers to vend for their energy before then as all its payment services platforms will be affected.

“Dear Customer, in a bid to improve service delivery, we will be carrying out an upgrade of our billing platform between July 15th and 17th .
During the uprade, all payment channels will be unavailable, We, therefore, advise that you vend energy before the upgrade commences.
Thank you for your understanding as all inconveniences are regretted.”
