The Executive Chairman of Alimosho Local Government, Hon. Jelili Sulaimon has urged the people of Alimosho Local Government to come out enmass on Saturday 23rd of February, 2019 and vote.
Hon. said “it is our Civic responsibility that we must all perform,gone are the days when votes don’t count, every vote contributes in building our democracy and the desired Nation.
It is an uncivilized and irrational act to shun voting, it is the responsibility of everyone to vote and encourage others to do same. Alimosho remains one of the most developed and politically concious Local Government, it is my believe that we will maximize the opportunity this Saturday with our huge turnout at the poling booth.
Jelili further advised the residents to shun any act of violence even pushed to and remain peaceful and report to appropriate authorities for the laws to take its full course.
